Training will be provided for all responsibilities as needed.

Job Responsibilities

General Virtual Assistance

  • Support our Senior EVA for needed overflow tasks
  • Conduct web research & spreadsheet-related tasks
  • Assist other team members as needed with administrative tasks

Archival Assistance

  • Transcripts spread across multiple platforms as well as related meeting recordings: Loom recordings, Google Meet, Zoom recordings, Grain recordings, Microsoft Teams, Granola transcripts, etc., should be put in one place in an organized way
  • GPT/Claude/AI tool chats – should be summarized, labeled and stored in one place for easy searching /finding – we have maybe 5 to 8 of these accounts that will need to be processed

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English (written & spoken) with C2 Mastery strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills (friendly, professional, and detail-oriented)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable internet & backup connection (screenshots required)
  • Tech-savvy with experience in:
    • Google products, Zoom, Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Clickup, Miro

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience in an executive assistant role
  • Technical, project management, or customer support backgrounds are a plus
  • Meaningful BPO experience with Western companies communicating predominantly in English
  • Familiarity with dev principles or git/version control
